Blazeteeco runs an online platform enabling users to create and vend their own T-shirts and merchandise.

We strictly forbid users from designing or vending merchandise that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of third parties, encompassing but not limited to copyright, trademark, and related rights.

Should you suspect that a user has violated your intellectual property rights on Blazeteeco, please adhere to the procedure detailed below.

A. Reporting Intellectual Property Infringement:

(1) Upon receipt of a valid notice, Blazeteeco will swiftly block access to or remove any content (“Content”) deemed to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.

(2) Those who repeatedly offend will face termination of their service. If you believe that Content on the Blazeteeco Service breaches copyright or violates your intellectual property rights, kindly forward a notice of infringement containing the following details to the Designated Agent provided below:

  1. Description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property allegedly infringed upon via the Blazeteeco Service, including registration number(s) if available.
  2. Description of the Content that is believed to have infringed upon the identified copyrighted work or other intellectual property, comprising:

(a) Explanation of how the material is utilizing the copyrighted work or other intellectual property in a manner constituting infringement;

(b) Specific location of the material on the Blazeteeco Service, with adequate details for verification.

  1. Your contact details, encompassing your full name, postal address, phone number, and email address.
  2. A declaration by you, under penalty of perjury, affirming that the disputed utilization of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property is not sanctioned by the copyright holder, its representatives, or the law.
  3. A statement by you, under penalty of perjury, asserting the accuracy of the information provided in your notice and confirming that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
  4. An electronic or physical signature of the individual authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.

B. Upon receipt of a proper infringement notification by the designated agent:

  1. Blazeteeco will take action to remove or block access to the purportedly infringing Content.
  2. The member whose Content has been removed or restricted will receive notification.
  3. Those who repeatedly violate these terms will have the allegedly infringing Content removed from the Service, and Blazeteeco will terminate their access to the Service.

C. Procedure to submit a counter-notice to the designated agent:

If the notified member contends that the removed or disabled Content is not infringing or that they possess the right to post and use such Content, the member must submit a counter-notice comprising the following details to the Designated Agent listed below:

  1. Description of the Content that has been removed or disabled, including details of its location on the Blazeteeco Service prior to removal.
  2. A statement from you, made under penalty of perjury, affirming that you genuinely believe the Content was removed or blocked due to a mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your contact details, encompassing your full name, postal address, phone number, and email address.
  4. A declaration by you consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the USA, for the judicial district in which Blazeteeco is situated.
  5. Your electronic or physical signature. Upon receipt of a counter-notice, Blazeteeco may furnish a copy to the original complaining party, informing them that Blazeteeco may reinstate the removed Content or cease disabling it within 10 business days. Unless the rights owner initiates legal action against the member, the removed Content may be reinstated or access to it restored within 10 to 14 business days or more following receipt of the counter-notice, at the discretion of Blazeteeco.

Please be aware that according to Section 512(f) of the DMCA, individuals who knowingly misrepresent that Content or activity is infringing may be held liable for damages, including attorney’s fees.
